From 8 to 10 April, the TESTUDO project consortium convened in Vilnius for the third plenary meeting, focused on reviewing progress and planning activities for the second period of project implementation. The three-day meeting brought together project partners to assess achievements, align future actions, and prepare for upcoming milestones.
The first day of the meeting was dedicated to a comprehensive summary of achievements across all Work Packages, providing an overview of progress made to date and identifying key areas for further development.
On the second day, discussions focused on the results and validation outcomes of the UC1 pilot. Consortium members also reviewed the current preparation status for the upcoming UC2 and UC3 pilots, outlining next steps and coordination activities.
The third day was devoted to an internal rehearsal in preparation for the forthcoming project review meeting, ensuring consistency of messages and readiness across the consortium.
In addition to the intensive working sessions, participants had the opportunity to explore the city of Vilnius during a guided walk organized by the project host, Adscensus, offering a valuable opportunity for informal exchange and networking in a unique cultural setting.
